*All promotional rates are for owner occupied residential properties and require the purchase of an exhanced coverage owner's title insurance policy at the time of closing (with a minimum purchase price of $200,000). Promotional rates apply to closings conducted at out Manchester location. Closings conducted out-of-office in Manchester/Bedford are subject to a $50 fee, and closings conducted elsewhere in a 50 mile radius are subject to a $100 fee.

These discount rates are filed with the state and are available through any title company, but you may not receive the discount if you don't ask for it. Please speak to a Ace Title staff member for assistance in determining whether you may qualify for a reissue rate.
