Our office is staffed between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We understand that our clients’ schedules do not always allow for a closing between typical business hours, so we are happy to conduct closings earlier in the morning or later in the evening.

If you do anticipate the need for an earlier or later closing, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may best accommodate your needs.

Take Route 293 (Everett Turnpike) to Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge Exit) in Manchester; Follow roundabout to the Amoskeag Bridge Bridge exit and follow across bridge (follow signs to Elm St.). Continue straight through lights at Elm Street on Salmon Street. Take a left onto Bay Street. Our building (57 Bay Street) is the 2nd building on the right.
